From the get go you will find a very nice and durable cordura rod tube with built in rod dividers. This allows for neat and safe storage every time as well as rapid assembly.
Once out of the rod tube you will have a 4 piece, all water, medium-fast action rod. With the alignment dots on the bottom of the shaft, it makes best for assembling the rod very easy.
Once the fly rod is assembled the Crosswater reel attaches to the anodized machined aluminum reel seat, ideal for all water conditions. The reel comes with backing and Rio WF line.
Once assembled you have a magnificent rod for all water conditions. The total weight of this combo is just a bit over 1 pound so you can fish for the long haul. I wont even begin to guess how many fish I have personally caught on this setup.
